RescRev utilizes Stripe Connect OAuth for all financial interactions. We do not see, process, store, or transmit full credit card numbers or sensitive payment details. All payment processing is securely handled entirely by Stripe, a certified Level 1 PCI Service Provider. We implement commercially reasonable measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and unauthorized access.

We will retain your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We maintain strict data lifecycle policies; if you revoke RescRev's access via your Stripe Dashboard, we will cease new data collection and anonymize or delete historically synchronized customer email data as required by law.

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your Personally Identifiable Information. We may disclose personal information that we collect or you provide as described in this privacy policy strictly to contractors, service providers (such as Resend for email delivery, and Supabase for cloud database hosting), and other third parties we use to support our business.

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 18.
